Liza Boyd and Oakley
The summer fun continued at Bruce’s Field for the Aiken Summer Classic Horse Show I in June. The Finally Farm team continued to gain impressive wins and results as the 2026 show season reaches the halfway point with this WCHR-member event.
Meralex Farm’s Oakley showed off his beautiful form with Liza Boyd to take top honors in the $10,000 Open Hunter Classic at Aiken Summer Classic I. “This horse always gives his all - we are so impressed with his development this year,” said Liza. “Thank you to Bryan Baldwin and Team Oakley!”
Elle Boyd and Boheme Du Moulin
Adeline Boyd and Madewell made their mark during Aiken Summer Classic’s WCHR Week. This pair claimed championship honors in the Children’s Hunter 14 & Under division. Adeline also piloted Madewell to victory in the THIS Children’s Medal. So proud of this duo!
A huge thank you to Courtney Trott and Marigot Bay Farm for allowing Adeline to ride this perfect horse.
Elle Boyd kicked off her summer show season in style. Elle and Boheme Du Moulin scored fourth in both the $25,000 Grand Prix and the Aiken Saddlery Welcome. Riding Reston, Elle finished second in the M+S Classic Hunter Derby 3’ & 3’3”. Elle also secured reserve championship honors in the Junior Hunter 3’6” aboard Touch The Sky for a banner show in all three rings.
