Welcome Wins During WEF 3 and 4

Margot Peroni and Comme What May

The winning contained during Weeks 3 and 4 of the Winter Equestrian Festival circuit, the Finally Farm team continues to earn top honors in the hunters, jumpers and equitation divisions!

WEF 4 was a  great week for Margot Peroni and her young horses! Margot piloted Comme What May to reserve champion honors in the 3’3” Amateur-Owner, 36 and Over, section, earning a second and three thirds. Riding Yesterday, Margot produced beautiful rounds for second and third in the Adult Amateur Hunter, 36-54, division as well for super results.

Charlotte Warren and Why added another tricolor to their resume during WEF 4. After securing a first and two seconds, Charlotte and Why captured the championship in the Low Adult Hunter division. We are so proud of this pair’s consistency.

Adeline Boyd had a nice WEF 4, putting in consistent rounds on both Kensi and Sochi in the Children’s Hunter, 14 and Under, division! Riding Kensi, Adeline secured a fourth over fences out of a competitive group.

MC Nolan and Cruse cruised around the equitation ring with style. This pair put in lovely rounds in the Adult Amateur Equitation during WEF 4 and took home a top-12 finish in the THIS NHS Adult Medal out of a large group.

It was a blue ribbon week for Bridget Hallman. She piloted Bon Royal to top honors in the 3’3” Amateur-Owner Hunter, 36 and Over, section with a score of 86.

Elle Boyd piloted Bugatti to championship honors during WEF 4. This duo claimed three wins and a third for their tricolor in the 3’6” Large Junior Hunter, 16-17 division. Liza Boyd and Gigi Manigault’s Home Base claimed three blues in the Young Hunter 2’9”/3’ (6 & Under) to secure the championship. Liza piloted Home Base to an impressive score of 88 on their way to the title. We are thrilled with how well this lovely horse is stepping up!

WEF 3

Rebekah Warren rode Whiskey to a score of 87 during WEF 3 to claim a win in the Low Adult Hunter division for reserve championship honors. 

George Kelly and On The Bay

George Kelly piloted On The Bay to two top calls in the 3’3” Junior Hunter, 15 & Under, division for championship honors during WEF 3! The duo earned great scores throughout both days of competition, including an 86 on Sunday.

Frances Kelly and her Small Ponies shined during WEF 3. She and Blue Fame earned scores of 89 and 88 for two blue ribbons the and championship in the Small Pony Hunter division. In the Small Green Pony Hunter division, Frances piloted Midnight Blue to nice results, including two seconds with scores of 87 and 85! Riding EMC Enjoy, Frances secured a fifth in the Small Pony Hunter Classic out of 24 competitors. 

What a week for Meredith Huddle! Meredith and Carnac 219 were double clear in the $15,000 NAL 1.25m Amateur Jumper Classic to finish in the top-12 out of 64 competitors. In the equitation ring, Meredith and Kellog claimed third in the Bruno Delgrange Palm Beach Adult Medal with a beautiful performance.

Likewise, it was a beautiful week for Bridget Hallman and Brentwood. This pair showed off their style during WEF 3, earning a third and fourth in the 3’6” Amateur-Owner, 36 & Over, division with nice, consistent scores both days of competition.

Gigi Manigault and Walk Off

These two are on a roll! Gigi Manigault and Walk Off had a super two weeks, earning great ribbons in the 3’6” Amateur-Owner Hunter, 18-35, division. The pair won the Handy during WEF 2 and received second in the Handy and third in the Stake during WEF 3.

Meralex Farm’s Oakley jumped in top form for a tricolor during WEF 3. After scoring a 90 and 89, Oakley took home two blue ribbons as well as two seconds for the championship in the 3’3” Young Hunter, 7 & Under division. A huge thank you to Bryan Baldwin for the ride on this fantastic young horse. We can’t wait to see what his future holds.

Consistency is key, and for the second week in a row, Elle Boyd and Boheme du Moulin claimed third in the $15,000 NAL 1.35m Junior Jumper Classic! We are so impressed with these two who have forged such a lovely partnership!
